Objectives:
• Maintains tried and tested ways of sourcing, screening and updating of its manpower pool.
• Experiments on new technological approaches to update its manpower pool.
• Keeps personnel motivated to provide quick but qualitative services to primary and secondary customers.
• Expands its servicing capability by keeping institutionalized networks of partners in the field.
• Actively participates in industry affairs making sure that relevant policies and programs, rules and regulations are acted upon by the concerned government and private entities.

Jobs Needed:
A/C Technicians
• Diploma holders in the related subject
• At least 5 years experience on HVAC installation and maintenance (Central A/Cs. Split units and Package unit)
• With driving license and 5 years driving experience
Duct Fabricators
• Diploma holders in the related subject
• At least 5 years working experience as Duct man
• Knows how to read drawings and execute works according to the drawings
• Driving license with 5 years driving experience
