Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / College degree holder.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably with 5 years of experience working in a BPO/call center industry especializing in OUTBOUND transactions.
• Experienced supervising 100 agents.
• Excellent english communication skills.
