Business Concierge Enterprise provides turnkey business consulting services to local and international corporations.  Due to company expansion, we are in need of initiative, diligent, and detail oriented staffs on the following positions:

Accountant

Requirements:

•    With at least 2-3 years working experience
•    Has in- depth knowledge in QUICKBOOKS
•    Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA is an advantage
•    3-5 years of experience in handling General Accounting functions in an officer or managerial capacity
•    BPO industry/setting exposure is preferred
•    Expertise in all facets of Accounting: General Accounting, Reconciliation, Closing of Books, etc.

Responsibilities:

•    Prepares monthly financial statements and analysis
•    Prepares consolidation of monthly reports
•    Prepares journal vouchers for accruals, payables, depreciation and amortization.
•    Approves check vouchers after the review of the supporting documents and accuracy of the amount
•    Prepares monthly BIR forms for filing
•    Prepares budget and monthly monitoring
•    Prepares semi-monthly payroll computation
•    Handles RFP’s before check voucher preparation to ensure proper documentation, charges and classification.
•    Handles the safe keeping of financial, legal and government reports.
•    Prepares and outline policies and procedures to establish good control.
•    Handles and provides external audit requirements for annual income tax filing
•    Other related jobs that will be required
