  • Prepares and consolidates standard reports and presentations
  • Organizes departmental files and documents
  • Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings, and events
  • Schedules and prepares logistics in conference calls, business functions, management meetings, and client visits
  • Prepares meeting minutes and action items
  • Assists in organizing the details of special events and departmental activities
  • Manages expenses and creates monthly expense reports reflecting supporting documents and budget code indexes
  • Creates and manages cash and reimbursement requisitions, purchase and other delivery requests as needed
  • Manages the office supplies and maintains equipment tracking record


  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree Course (4-year/5-year course)
  • Must have at least 1 year equivalent experience in the same position
  • Must be presentable and have a pleasing personality
  • Good English Communication Skills
  • Must be proficient with various software applications programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules
  • Preferably has call center working experience
  • Preferably Female, 20 – 30 years old
