Human Aggregates Philippines Incorporated (HAPI) is a licensed recruitment agency officially recognized and authorized by the Philippine government to engage in the business of operating procurement, training and placement services.

Architects (Libya)
Responsibilities:
- all disciplines of building activity
- investigation of design parameters
- preparation of time schedules
- construction supervision and project management
- approval planning
- determination of quantities and elaboration of bill of quantities
- accounting control
- assessment of appendixes
- calculation and estimation of construction costs
- surveying and mapping
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Architecture, Urban Studies/Town Planning, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- Good command of the English language (Oral and written)
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in design and Project management and supervision of building structure (expert knowledge in residence buildings and apartments as well as commercial buildings) is required for this position.
All candidates shall include their experience record and project references in the respective fields of works to which they apply such as drawings and photos of projects, if available.
