Kforce Global Solutions, Inc. is looking for Business Analysts with solid experience in the Financial, Manufacturing and Insurance Industries. We are seeking resourceful candidates with commendable work ethics and solid experience. Candidates must be self-starters with the desire to work in a dynamic team.
Business Analyst
(Philippines - Makati City)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define business requirements and develop system specifications to solve business problems
- Recommend equipment modifications, when needed
- Define programming requirements
- Consult on the implementation of systems business requirements
- Develop documentation and support the lifecycle with business knowledge through implementation
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any IT related degree
- At least three (3) years of business systems analysis and design
- At least three (3) years of solid experience in the following:
- Business requirements gathering
- Business requirement/Gap Analysis
- Test Specifications Preparation
- Issue & Change Request Coordination/Management
- System/Integration/User Acceptance Testing
- System Documentation
- Business User Coordination
- Experience in analysis and solving business problems via development and implementation of business applications
- Knowledge and experience in full life cycle methodologies
- Negotiation, interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of business analysis techniques
- Experience in Insurance, Finance, Accounting indiustries an advantage
- Willing to work within a production support environment with a shifting schedule, if required
