Business Development Manager

• The candidate will be accountable for the direction, general management and performance of the department
• The candidate will also be responsible for the profitability and supervision of the day-to-day operations of the business unit
• Has to monitor and develop strategies to improve website traffic

Qualifications:

• Excellent English in written and verbal communication skills
• Has a minimum of 3 years experience in a management level, in the areas of business development, operations management, or sales management
• With Website management experience
• With SEO knowledge
• Must have experience in MMORPG games
• Must be self-motivated, achievements-oriented, and enjoy challenges
• Must have proven performance skills as an individual contributor and have strong management abilities
• Must have the ability to listen and gather industry information and trends, and provide vision and guidance at all levels in a dynamic, innovative, growth organization
• Highly computer literate with good computer application skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
