Technical Support Agent / Call Center Agent (TSR)

(National Capital Reg – Mandaluyong, Makati, Quezon City, Ortigas, Pasay, Alabang)

Requirements:

  • Short-term Communication Skills and Personality Development Training will be provided to shortlisted candidates for FREE!!!
  • URGENT NEED for Ortigas, Pasay, Alabang and Mandaluyong Sites.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mathematics, Computer Engineering, IT and other computer related degree courses.
  • Required skill(s): Excellent English Communication Skills, Exceptional computer skills (hardware, software and programming skills)
  • Job role in Technical Support – will be profiled in either IT helpdesk and business logic formulation, documentation, programming, technical assistance hotlines.
  • Back-office / Non-voice agents will still have to undergo communication skills assessments.
  • Full-Time positions available.
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Applicants must be willing to work at in shifting schedules (Graveyard, Midshift, Dayshift)

PUD Deliveries Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development and delivery of cost and quality improvement initiatives in the area of unit cost and PUD quality and effectiveness of TNT Express Deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Master degree or equivalent level of experience.
  • Five years Management experience in international company.
  • Strong knowledge of Express Operations and KPI’s
  • Proven track record of continuous improvement.
  • Ability to realize concept in a can-do mentality.
  • Proven track of record with implementing large complex innovative projects.
  • Demonstrated skills in developing & communicating ideas with success to stakeholders.
  • Solid knowledge of operational processes and procedures
  • Appropriate management courses and qualifications.
