Customer Service Associates (Bacolod – Negros Occidental)

Job Background / Responsibilities:

•    A Customer Service Associate handles general customer inquiries like account status and product information. They generally take in account records requests, handle marketing escalations, handle escalated calls and gives voice recognition walkthroughs.

Qualifications / Requirements / Skills:

•    We are looking for candidates who at least completed 2 years of college
•    Excellent communication skills in English
•    We need candidates who are familiar with basic computer operations
•    Has an ability to handle irate customer situations effectively and empathize with customer with a courteous voice tone
•    Has an ability to deliver information at customer’s knowledge level in an understandable manner
•    Has an ability to apply a logical problem solving approach to resolving customer problems and inquiries

Employee Engagement Manager for Visayas Mindanao Offices

•    First Priority talents are residents of Cebu or its nearby provinces (Bacolod or Iloilo) and is willing to relocate
•    Second Priority talents are residents of Manila and is wiling to relocate

Job Overview:

•    Will manage the Employee Relations team in the assigned office
•    Provides program analysis, guidance and recommendations to the HR Department as well as supports the Site Leadership team with honest and accurate information/feedback learned through structured employee focus group discussions (FGD) and employee-relations activities – e.g., company division and/or project initiative participation, employee recognition and incentive efforts and community action events
•    Manages the employee communication, incentive and recognition and retention efforts at the managed site/s
•    Creates and manages a positive work environment that promotes the Convergys corporate values and high performance culture and maintains high employee morale and engagement
•    Supervises personnel dedicated to the implementation, analysis and maintenance of company division and/or project communication initiatives, employee relations activities, incentive and recognition programs and retention efforts
•    Encourages high levels of employee engagement in employee-relations activities through proactive and high-energy communication tools to help foster employee satisfaction at all levels including but not limited to site newsletters

Candidate Profile:

•    Bachelor’s degree in related field with 6 to 8 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
•    Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills
•    Computer literate
•    Specialized knowledge of Total Quality Management or Continuous Quality Improvement methods and tools preferred
•    Experience in managing functional groups
•    Attention to detail
•    Excellent organizational skills
•    Ability to analyze and implement processes and problem resolutions

Job Background / Responsibilities:

•    A Team leader monitors, identify and resolve performance/behavior/attendance issues using prescribed performance management techniques of subordinates. They will be responsible for monitoring TKS, personnel and payroll issues as well as conduct annual performance appraisals. The Team Leader maintain current employee records on direct reports, ensures training needs of subordinates, review CMS statistics on a daily basis to provide constructive feedback, modify Operations as needed to meet service level agreements under supervision of Operations Manager, resolve escalated customer issues, communicate all process and client changes to direct reports within specific timeliness and promote the use of all center communication tools. They are also responsible for day-to-day functional supervision of non-exempt work group, including work assignment and attendance monitoring; providing input into selecting, training, developing, and completing performance appraisal of work group(s) in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable legal requirements among others.

Qualifications / Requirements / Skills:

•    We need candidates who are familiar with basic computer operations and software applications such as Word and Excel
•    Having a previous working experience in the same position for at least 1 to 2 years
