CALL CENTER AGENT (For fresh graduates and undergrads)

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedules and on weekends
  • Willing to work in Mandaluyong City

Responsibilities:

  • Interface with our US clients to provide customer service
  • Inter-action with customer via phone, email and live chat
  • Ensures client’s inquiries are addressed
  • Responsible in assisting clients on troubleshooting
  • Oversee completion of sale from initial contact to product delivery via telephone and email correspondence
  • Building rapport and relationships with customers through prompt, courteous and professional service

WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years Call Center Operations experience
  • Experience at manpower forecasting
  • Must have a strong understanding of WFM (planning, schedule, capacity and real time management)
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate to all employment levels.
  • Flexible in schedule availability to support 24 x 7 operation
  • Can build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Excellent computer skills including intermediate to advanced MS Excel knowledge
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to make timely and solid business decisions
  • Must display a high level of energy at work and proactive nature
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in initial and behavioral interviews, conducting assessment tools, evaluating, and hiring agents based on the profile determined by the client
  • Responsible in documenting all interviews and that all necessary documents are complete and accurate prior to endorsement and filing
  • Responsible in encoding necessary information into the Recruitment Management System in an accurate and timely manner
  • Responsible in presenting 24/7 Inc. in various external recruitment activities
  • Responsible in the preparation of employment contracts, ensuring accuracy in providing hiring rates, start dates and program allocation
  • Responsible in conducting job offers
  • Responsible in supporting the entire team in meeting the hiring targets
  • Responsible in attending calibration sessions with Training and Operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree. Graduate degree preferred
  • Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related fields is preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in recruitment or related experience in human resources
  • 1 year call center/customer service operations preferred
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • Must be proficient with various software applications programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Social media savvy
  • Proficient planning, time management, and decision making skills

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any IT-related course (associate / vocational / diploma / bachelor’s degree) with or without call center experience
  • For undergraduates, completed at least 2 years of college with at least 3 months TSR experience in a call center.
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong PC, keyboard and Internet skills, with the ability to simultaneously navigate through systems
  • Has an understanding / navigational skills of the Internet functionalities and terminologies such as browsers, email, chat, forum, message board, domain, web page, internet service providers, online service providers, etc.
