CUSTOMER CARE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

  • College degree holder
  • Must be between 30-40 years old
  • With at least 5 years solid and relevant experience either in Customer Service or in QA/QC with direct involvement in handling customer complaints two (2) years of which in a supervisory capacity
  • With above par communication skills
  • Will be responsible in managing the Customer Care group
  • Will lead the implementation of the company’s Customer Complaint Procedure and liase with different government agencies in the conduct of addressing customer concerns/complaints
  • Will manage the customer care program
