TECHNICAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES – NIGHT SHIFT

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any IT-related course (associate / vocational / diploma / bachelor’s degree) with or without call center experience
  • For undergraduates, completed at least 2 years of college with at least 3 months TSR experience in a call center.
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong PC, keyboard and Internet skills, with the ability to simultaneously navigate through systems
  • Has an understanding / navigational skills of the Internet functionalities and terminologies such as browsers, email, chat, forum, message board, domain, web page, internet service providers, online service providers, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Conduct IS security audit on all operating systems, network infrastructure and application systems.

Skills Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder preferably BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electronics & Communications Engineering
  • Solid background in IT Security, preferably with 3 years work experience
  • Certificate holder of Information Security is an advantage
  • Competent in application and network penetration
  • Essential knowledge in Operating System (Windows, Linux and Unix) Administration, scripting and hardware components(Network, Server, Storage,etc)

Successful candidates will provide professional and efficient technical and customer support for a leading manufacturer of computer peripherals.

Qualifications:

  • College Degree in Computer Science or Engineering/IT Related Course is a plus but not required
  • Strong Customer service skills, Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills
  • Ability to logically analyze and present information
