TECHNICAL TRAINER

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other related field
  • At least 3 years experience in developing and delivering technical training programs
  • Proficient in MS Applications particularly in Powerpoint and Excel
  • Has strong platform and facilitation skills, attentive to details and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, articulate and technical writing is a plus.
  • Must be exposed in developing training modules or instructional materials that appropriately responds to the learning needs of the employees.
  • Must be adept in facilitating training programs, learning sessions, work shops, focus group discussions and employee surveys.
  • Must be capable of organizing and developing or obtaining training procedure manuals, guides and other course materials such as training handouts, slide presentation, visual aids.
  • Must know how to monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training programs / workshops conducted and make recommendations for improvement if necessary.

  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Business Management or other related field
  • At least 3 years experience in training and development functions
  • Proficient in MS Applications particularly in Powerpoint and Excel

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery and evaluation of Onboarding and Foundation Skills and Management Training for the program to be assigned
  • Performs Training Needs Analysis as required
  • Develops training-related tools and materials to support leadership development
  • Provide the necessary data on course completion, scorecards, pre-assessments and post-training evaluation
  • Work with the Manager for Instructional Design for the customization of leadership training courses, assessments, and evaluations design methodologies

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or other management-related fields is preferred
  • Can clearly communicate with various functional groups and clients in conversational and business English both oral and written
  • Experience in training delivery of behavioral training programs
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills including Microsoft Office application software
  • Previous management training experience required
  • Knowledge and exposure to basic management theories and practices preferred

COMMUNICATION SKILLS TRAINER

Responsibilities:

  • Creates learning experiences that equip new and long-term agents to excel in their work environment through expert classroom instruction, on floor mentoring and one-to-one skills coaching.
  • Modifies and presents training programs for representatives/agents.
  • Tracks learner progress. Creates labs and exercises as needed. Provides one-to-many and one-to-one mentoring. Tracks and analyzes training programs by examining agent performance. Recommends changes to training programs or solutions to known problems.
  • Stays informed about client processes and recommends program changes where appropriate.
  • Schedules training programs and maintains records.

Requirements:

  • Should have at least 1 year work experience as a trainer in a fast-paced call center environment,
  • Experience supporting US/Financial Accounts
  • Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
  • Experience of delivering soft skills, US Culture, & English Voice & Accent training would be preferred
  • Candidates must be willing to be assigned in Makati City.
  • Must be willing to work on extended hours, shifting schedules, weekends and holidays
