Cisco Certified Professionals - CCNA
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / College Degree in Engineering ( Computer Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Computer Science / Information Technology graduate
- Currently studying or already a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Functions / Responsibilities:
Respond to Network Administration functions for assistance by providing On-site services such as but not limited to:
- Diagnosis, troubleshooting, testing and repair of network peripherals
- Unpacking, installation and testing new network peripherals
- Installation and removal of equipment, management of inventory database, and testing of network peripherals for movements
- Monitoring of network utilization for voice and data.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
