Client Services Advocate

We are currently looking for a Client Services Advocate for a growing entrepreneurial company with a strong, established business in audio and web conferencing and related services. We are a company that focuses on developing new ideas. We then convert those ideas into realistic business concepts while maintaining and further developing our core business by listening to our clients’ needs and delivering solutions for those needs.

The Client Services Advocate is expected to primarily:

• Support clients (email and phone support) under the direction of the Client Services Manager with the objective of retaining the accounts and expanding services delivered.
• Serve as a telecom call operator on operator-assisted IDIs (individual in-depth research interviews) and focus groups.
• Set up and run web presentations for clients and deliver web presentation services during client events.
• Run demos of our teleconferencing capabilities and web presentation services to interested prospects and current clients.

Qualifications:

• Excellent voice and written communication skills and mastery of English, both spoken and written, are essential.
• Basic knowledge of Telecommucations business.
• Familiar Web Presentation Softwares (Webex, Adobe Connect, GotoMeeting) and Conferencing.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (particularly, Outlook and Excel).
• Comfortable with technology. Proficient in working with a computer and using the internet. Capable of troubleshooting basic internet issues, common connection errors and the ability to help troubleshoot client’s web presentation issues and popup blocker issues.
• Must be willing to work in the Alabang, Muntinlupa area with work hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30PM to 6:00AM (Manila time) with most weekends and U.S. Holidays off.
• College degree preferably in marketing, communications, business or public relations.
• Must be able to adapt to changing roles, a team player and must have the ability to multitask.
• Must be a good communicator, pay very close attention to detail, have an eagerness to learn.
• Goal-oriented, must have the ability to work until the job is done in order to meet tight deadlines.
• Enthusiastic, smart, and both sales and service oriented.
