Qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience in any field of Marketing as Supervisor/Officer/Junior Manager
• Considerable exposure to or experience in Customer Relationship Management - CRM analytics (using SAP, Oracle, etc.), customer touch points, customer acquisition and customer retention programs, data base management, Customer Loyalty/Rewards Programs, etc.
• Considerable exposure to or experience in Direct Marketing - Direct Mail programs, Data Base Marketing, Off-site Activation events, etc.
• Experience in handling service providers - ad agency, media agency, events organizers, DM agency, etc.
• Experience in forging tie-ups, sponsorships, strategic alliances/partnerships with major retail establishments/brands/major services
• Experience in Aftersales Service - would be an advantage, but not required
