Customer Service Officer
Qualifications:
• Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other related areas
• At least two (2) years of relevant work experience, preferably gained from sanitary wares industry
• Ability to handle technical (plumbing) product details
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Keen attention to details
Responsibilities:
• Responsible in the implementation of customer service initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction with the company’s products and services
• Provide product support and service information to customers
• Manage third party technical service group
• Handle warranty claims
• Deliver product training to outsourced merchandisers and technical service group
• Create and execute customer service marketing programs
• Product management of Replacement and Maintenance Parts (RMP)
