Financial Executive (URGENT!)
REPORTING TO (ROLE):Direct: BankAssure Area Sales Manager
Indirect: BankAssure Regional Sales Manager and BankAssure Sales Director
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
- Responsible for overall sales performance, acquisition of new business and relationship management
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Undertakes financial planning interviews using structured presentation processes and fact find materials.
- Analyzes, prepares reports and presents findings with recommendation for AXA Life products. Answers questions and overcome objections.
- Completes application forms and attends to underwriting requirements.
- Provides after-sales services: policy delivery and explanation, attends the queries and problems.
- Compiles production and activity reports.
- Develops and maintains sound relationships with bank branch personnel.
- Generates referrals for the bank from fact find interviews.
- Provides marketing feedback on products and competitors activity.
- Attends to all administrative functions associated with the job, including communication with AXA Regional / Head Office via pouch system
- Maintains accurate records of client’s details and contacts.
KEY CUSTOMERS:
- Metrobank Officers and clients
WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITHIN BUSINESS UNITS:
- BankAssure Sales Director
- BankAssure Regional Sales Manager
- BankAssure Area Sales Manager
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate
- 25-35 years old
- With at least 1 year related sales experience from consumer goods, real estate, pharmaceutical, stock trading, telecommunications, banking or insurance is an advantage
- Excellent customer service orientation. Relationship management at middle and senior levels.
- Team player but able to work independently
- Confident, gently assertive, responsible and reliable
- With good platform/ presentation skills
