French Speaking Agent
JOB SUMMARY:
- Inbound Printer Technical Support
- Assist US/Canada-based customers with hardware/software technical support
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in both French and English
- Typing of 35 WPM or greater (Negotiable clearly indicate those who do not meet 35 WMP)
- Required Minimum of 6 months customer contact experience, face-to-face- or over the phone
- Basic computer hardware and software knowledge including MS Windows (3 skills that have been discussed)
- Close to Neutral accent/Trainable French communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Time management skills
- Excellent management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem Solving / Troubleshooting
- Demonstrated ability to handle upset customer inquiries positively and professionally
