Fresh Graduates
Responsibilities:
• Processes enrollment requests in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensures that set production turnaround times are met.
• Researches and Resolves issues in an enrollment request given the tools provided by the project.
• Ensure that necessary updates in the tool are done accurately and timely.
• Process transactions from other teams to support load balancing and other peak period.
• Evaluation of applications and other membership materials for completeness.
• Identification and coordination of required outbound Member correspondence.
• Entry of new member applications into the system.
• Updates member profiles in the system to capture inbound member correspondence.
• Monitoring queue and responding to member enrollment issues submitted by Customer Service.
• Resolves routine questions and problems referring more complex problems to higher levels.
Requirements:
• College graduate preferably from any of the following courses:
o Accounting
o Business Management
o Communications or other related courses
• Strong interpersonal, time management and problem solving skills
• Average skills in written and spoken English
• Willing to undergo training
