Global Operations Manager SS
You must have prior success in leading the implementation of medium > large scale projects: doing planning, making status reports on overall progress, managing budgets, coordinating multiple departments and resources necessary to complete assigned project(s), as well as client facing and communication with senior level management .
You will have proven business process management skills, particularly in virtual meeting facilitation, development of detail-oriented quality deliverables in support of new project implementation, people management & team facilitation; within the call center industry.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: BA/BS or equivalent experience
Skills: Strong organizational, time management and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple time sensitive, deadline oriented projects simultaneously. Ability to clearly communicate (written/verbal) with internal and external audiences. Strong problem solving, analytical skills. Experience with word processing software, spreadsheets, and flowcharting apps & project management software (MS Project, MS Office, MS Vision)
Experience: project management, process improvement and/or Six Sigma experience desirable; certification a plus
Others: 3-5 yrs business experience in a related industry. Self-motivated and able to work well independently in a dynamic, ever-changing, fast-paced work environment. Good at motivating others; has well developed interpersonal skills to build constructive and effective relationships; good at managing & monitoring process/progress/results; pursuing everything w/ energy, drive and a need to finish; directs others; manages vision and purpose; able to use analysis, wisdom, experience & logical methods to make good decisions & solve difficult problems
