Job holder will assist in handling the overall HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits administration, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Organization Development

Requirements:

• Graduate of BS/AB Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science or any related course
• Preferably with at least 3 years work experience specializing in Human Resources
• Adept in payroll and benefits administration
• Well-versed in labor relations and government regulations
• Strong background in recruitment and performance management
• Must be a team player, highly organized, and willing to work in a dynamic organization
• Excellent people management skills and able to relate to all levels of the organization
