Human Aggregates Philippines Incorporated (HAPI) is a licensed recruitment agency officially recognized and authorized by the Philippine government to engage in the business of operating procurement, training and placement services.
HAPI was established in 1986 as recruitment agency, in answer to the ever-growing need for the finest and most dependable manpower skills in various fields of expertise.
Since then, it has deployed thousands of highly skilled workers and professionals in different fields and has opened gateways to countries like the United Kingdom,Republic of Ireland, Australia, Canada, the Middle East, some parts of Asia and the USA .

HR Manager
The HR Manager must have the following profile:
- Evaluation of the profiles we receive from MRA
- Evaluation employees in the Philippines
- Handle the employee evaluations who are made in Europe in case for consultants from ADS who are been evaluated during their work in Europe
- Set up employee strategy in the Philippines following the local laws
- Advice and inform the OM about legal employee matters
- She or He must have at least 10 years op HRM experience in an ICT service company
- Manage all the necessary paperwork (legal as non-legal)
- Responsible for team building
- Create, implement and manage a salary policy in cooperation with the OM
- Create, implement and implement an education strategy in cooperation with the OM
- Create, implement and implement a retention strategy in cooperation with the OM
- Able to represent ADS at intern and extern HR matters
- Fluent in English and at least 1 other local language. More local languages are a nice to have.
- Must have international experience (Europe preferred)
- Willing to travel if necessary
- No 9 to 5 mentality
- Team player
