Requirements:

•    Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related courses
•    Minimum five (5) years experience in HR functions such as recruitment, training, ER-LR, and compensation & benefits.
•    Adequate knowledge on labor relations policies, manpower selection and development, organizational development and human resources management.
•    Experience in implementing various Employee Programs
•    Good organizational skills and the ability to understand detailed information.
•    Good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
•    Ability to exercise diplomacy especially when dealing with employees, guests and other external entities.
•    Ability to analyze, interpret and explain the legal framework regulating employment;
•    Integrity and approachability.
•    Influencing and negotiating skills, to implement personnel policies.
•    Proven ability to handle a leadership role.
•    Required language(s): English, Filipino
