HR Officer / Specialist

Qualifications:

•    Male or Female, not older than 35 years old; Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resources Management
•    With at least three years experience in handling compensation, benefits, and employee and labor relations issues, including payroll preparation.
•    Hands on experience in recruitment and training would be an advantage
•    With strong leadership ability
•    Must be hardworking, self-driven, trustworthy and flexible
•    Responsible and with sense of urgency
•    Must possess a pleasing and dynamic personality; can deal well with all levels of the organization
