Human Resources Officer

Requirements:

•    Graduate of BS Psychology
•    Good presentation and facilitation skills.
•    Good written and oral communication skills.
•    Good research orientation.
•    Good planning, organizing and interpersonal skills.
•    Proficient in MS Office applications (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
•    With working knowledge / background in the following areas:

•    Policy Making/Implementation
•    Recruitment/Selection
•    Administrative Task
•    Compensation and Benefits
•    Payroll
•    Employee Relations
