Inbound Call Center Agent

(URGENT! With Php 10,000 Training Bonus)
(National Capital Region - Pasig City)

Responsibilities:

•    Must be fully shifting flexible.
•    Consistent delivery of excellent customer service.
•    Be the first line of response for customers in resolving inquiries and creating sales opportunities.
•    Meet or exceed all attendance minimums.

Requirements:

•    Candidate must possess at least 2nd year college or Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in any field.
•    Required skill(s): Excellent communication skills.
•    Required language(s): English.
•    Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
•    Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
•    700 Full-Time positions available.
