The Account Management Lead plans and manages the implementation of infrastructure technology projects involving LAN/WAN, workstation, server, and telephony technologies. This position manages multiple internal & external client relationships.

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.E./B. Tech. in Electronics & Telecommunications, Electronics, IT and/or Computer Science or its equivalent
• Minimum of 5-7 years of professional work experience required. Must have experience handling multiple simultaneous IT infrastructure (LAN/WAN, server, workstation) projects for the past 3 years.
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts is a plus.
• Must have excellent communication and people interaction skills.
• Required skills/experience: (IT Service Management, IT Infrastructure Operations and Project Management, Server, Network, Workstation System Design and Integration)
