IT Desktop Support
Responsibilities:
• Part-time opportunity working for a multinational conglomerate that may lead to a permanent position
• Assist in providing day-to-day Level 1 end user support for all aspects of the IT services for client’s local office
• Support on-site engineer to build and install PCs, servers, printers and peripheral devices as required
• Assist in handling software and email installations and troubleshooting
• Ensure that all aspects of the service are documented and that existing documentation is kept up to date
• Proactively look for preventive initiative to reduce total support needs
• Working knowledge of PABX, Audio/Video equipment & Card Access system is preferred but not required
• Requirements:
• 0-2 years IT service support experience
• Fast learner and team player
• Customer focus and able to adapt to fast changing & stressful environment
• Basic hardware knowledge (PC, router, hub, printer, PABX, etc)
• Basic Windows OS, MSOffice & email apps troubleshooting
• Attentive listening & excellent communications skills
• Ability to multitask and be able to prioritize tasks assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in technical field or relevant working experience is preferred, but not required
• Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply
