Junior Trainer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree (negotiable)
• Above average oral and written communication skills
• At least 2 years experience in call center operations and/or training combined
• Flexible and willing to work in shifting schedule and in different locations
• With experience in conducting soft skills training – voice and accent, grammar, customer service skills, and American culture and geography. Some experience in product specific / technical training is an advantage.
• Proficient in word, powerpoint, and excel
• Able to multitask
• Team player, efficient, dependable, highly independent

Job description:

• Facilitate soft skills training for TDS and client accounts – basic communication skills, accent, customer service skills, culture and geography, and sales skills for frontline agents
• Enhance existing training materials
• Manage trainee performance
• Generate required training reports
• Provide coaching and mentoring to trainees
• Assist Senior trainers/AMs/Manager in special projects (materials development, TNA, etc.)
