Male Executive Assistant / Secretary

•    Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, preparing presentations, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
•    Handle all clerical functions such as heavy calendar management, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arrange conference calls, preparing expense reports, arranging visas and scheduling meeting.
•    3-5 years experience supporting at the executive level.
•    Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
•    Excellent Project Management skills.
•    Experience in scheduling travel arrangements for executives.
•    Experience in assisting executives with the creation of PowerPoint presentations.
