Management Trainees

Qualification:

•    Male or Female; 22-35 years old
•    Graduate of Psychology, Mass Communication, Marketing, Management, or its equivalent
•    Must have at least 1 year relevant experience
•    The Network Management Trainee shall be directly responsible for the achievements of the desired number of promote outs in the assigned branch.
•    The NMT will be in charge for the formulation, execution, and monitoring of sales activities designed for the business.
•    More so, he or she will participate network field activities that will help increase promote outs and will eventually responsible for the management and completion of BSS or Boardwalk Service Station Program.
•    Applicants will be assigned to the nearest Boardwalk Branch.
•    Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
