Marketing and Sales Support Analyst
Duties and responsibilities for this role are as follows:
- Creates and implements/executes marketing plans for SPi’s
- BPO business units/verticals. Develops and manage marketing budgets for business units.
- Provides tactical support to the lead manager for RFP creation and Bid management. Work would involve collaborating with sales, technology, operations, finance and R&D teams to fashion the most compelling business solution.
- Provides sales management support to enhance revenue visibility, sales efficiency, salesforce productivity and pipeline management at business unit and holding company level.
- Provides tactical and strategic business planning support to the SPi Executive Team.
- Undertakes research activities necessary to support Sales, New Service Development and M&A.
- All other adhoc activities that support the growth of SPi.
Requirements:
- College degree required, MBA preferred.
- 2-5 years of marketing, sales support and business management experience required. International experience and BPO/call center experience preferred.
- With strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Understanding of basic finance would be an added advantage.
- With ability to easily interact with team members and internal clients who are based around the globe (India, USA, Europe, and the Philippines).
- With ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously, including evaluating and prioritizing tasks, to ensure that the highest priority tasks are completed first and on time.
- Exceptional ability to pay attention to details.
