As a Network Engineer, You will be a member of the Network Support Team whose major functions include the preventative maintenance checking to ensure that network devices such as switches, routers, VPN sessions, firewall utilizations and inter-building connectivity are appropriately working.

Key duties include:

• Performs the various functional activities (troubleshooting activities related to network problems) of the Network Administration Team, such as Firewall/VPN, LAN/WAN, Network Services and Voice, for the different Area Sites.
• Coordinates with concerned teams/vendors and/or appropriate third party who are part of the Project Management for all escalation issues.
• Reviews and provides inputs to network designs to ensure adherence to Global and local Accenture Infrastructure standards and recommends approval for implementation

Requirements:

• Computer or engineering - related degree or equivalent experience.
• Must have at least 3 years technical experience in network administration, maintenance troubleshooting and Windows operating systems.
• Required Skills: Network Management, Network Strategy, Network Design, Firewalls, WAN (Wide Area Network), MPLS (Multi-protocol Label Switching), Frame Relay, Routing/Switching, LAN (Local Area Network), Cisco, VPN (Virtual Private Network).
