Operations Management Team Lead

Responsibilities:

•    The responsibility of the team leads is to meet the team metrics and goals by supervising a team of up to 10 - 20 staff doing health insurance membership and claims transaction processing according to client contractual obligations.
•    You will be required to identify, assess and resolve complex issues/problems within own your area of responsibility.
•    You will perform load balancing and work assignments based on standing inventory levels, work priorities and available staffing to ensure that the turn around times are consistently met, work is appropriately distributed based on skill and experience level and overtime is effectively managed.
•    You will be using your analytical skills to drive process improvement initiatives in maximizing team deliverables and minimizing waste. You will be involved in risk management and capacity planning.
•    You will be exposed to Accenture delivery excellence methodologies to enable you to meet your deliverables.

Requirements:

•    Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
•    At least 3 years significant work experience, with 3 years relevant experience in operations (preferably from a business process outsourcing setting)
•    At least 1 year experience in process mapping and team capacity management.
•    Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience and has handled 5 employees.
•    Knowledge/experience in waste & risk management and process improvement.
•    Should have strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills.
•    Willingness to work on graveyard or cyclical shifts.
