Programmer Trainee
Qualifications:
• Graduates of any IT-related, Engineering or Mathematics course from top colleges/universities preferred but not required
• Must have above average scholastic standing (part of the top 25% of the graduating class)
• Has the innate passion and desire to do software development (design and programming) for personal career advancement
• Willing to undergo comprehensive, rigid, elimination-type of hands-on and classroom training for 1-2 months
• Prior project experience in any .Net programming language a plus
• Has the initiative to go the extra mile to meet deliverables if necessary
• Has the ability to thrive under pressure-packed, fast-paced working environment where you will be constantly exposed to foreign clients
• Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Must have good people skills and highly adaptable in dealing with different types of people
• Must be a self-starter with a learning attitude to learn on his own and work with minimal supervision
• Must be decided to start a long term career in one of the country’s fastest growing globally competitive software development company
• We are willing to offer above-industry compensation package to all qualified candidates
