Research & Analysis Officer

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for the collection, analysis, and interpretation of quantitave information in support of the mobile business customer retention management efforts
• Will be in charge of related programs, from planning (data/factual based), deployment and implementation, monitoring, and evaluation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics or related course
• At least 1 year work experience; coming from content provider / telco industry preferred but not required
• Good grasp of SPSS ans SAS
• Analytical with good business acumen
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
