Sales Marketing Manager (Wholesale And Retail) – NCR – Jobs Philippines

Automotive Service and Tire Center Division

Shall be responsible for the sales and marketing, overall retail and institutional account sales of the organization, that includes planning, retail merchandising, product portfolio management, design and display management, branding and business strategies.

•    Minimum 5 years experience in retail business operation, complete sales and marketing experience in running a chain store concept
•    3 years sales experience in managing institutional account and direct selling
•    Must be able to put a systematic operating procedure (SOP) as far as retailing sales in concern
•    Excellent communication skill with superb leadership quality
•    Work independently and extremely detail oriented
•    Must be able to lead and train s sales team and bring results with in time frame
•    Must be paerformer and posses a winnig attitude
