Scaffolding Supervisor
Our client based in Qatar is in need of Scaffolding Supervisor
Requirements/ Job Descriptions:
Requirement No: MR#1-589-B
Employer Code: MR#1-589 -B
Educational Attainment:
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering
• CITB – Scaffolding Inspection Course Certificate is mandatory.
Experience:
• Minimum 8 to 10years experience in supervisory and/ or Contractual Supervisor capacity in scaffat least 4 to 6 years must be in petrochemical Plants.
Mandatory Skills / Roles & Responsibilities:
• Excellent in English communication
• The qualified candidate must be fluent in English and good in written English.
• Computer literate; shall be able to perform MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Good Health candidate
• Knowledgeable in Oil and Gas sector are requirements for scaffolding
Following are the responsibilities of the Scaffolding Supervisor:
• Receives instructions from, and reports to the respective QATARGAS Maintenance Services Supervisor.
• Passes work orders to, and receives work reports from the Scaffolding Contractor. Provides explanation and technical instruction as necessary to Scaffolding Crew.
• Checks performance of all Scaffolders as applicable, to maintain cost and safety control and ensure completion to schedule.
• Manages the CONTRACT and co-ordinates between CONTRACTOR Design/Head office, QATARGAS and crew.
• Provides necessary documentation to the respective QATARGAS Maintenance Services Supervisor on a regular daily basis for effective time and cost control.
• Responsible to the respective QATARGAS Maintenance Services Supervisor for full compliance with relevant Scaffolding codes and standards, quality control aspects of the Contract.
• Responsible to the respective QATARGAS Maintenance Services Supervisor for full compliance with QATARGAS permit to work and Safety regulations as applicable, generally ensuring contract labor work in a safe and competent manner.
• Shall perform duties for all contractual and administrative aspects of the Contract.
• Responsible for the conception, design, allocations of men and material for the Scaffolds of the Contract

• Working days and hours- 10 hours a day for on shoe. 12 hours for off shore.

• Contract Duration- initially for 1 year, extendable upon mutual
• Vacation Leave- 3 weeks upon completion of 2 months
• Joining and return ticket- By the company, economy class.
• Visa- Work Visa
• Medical- As per Qatar Labor Law
Salary: QAR 3000 for 10 hours job
