Job Summary:

• Second level of professional software engineering position
• Significant experience in the field of software development
• Applies & uses in depth knowledge of subject matter. Requires the capacity to understand specific client needs to technical requirements in the order to apply well-developed skills or Knowledge
• Coaches/mentors resource below level
• The incumbent is responsible in the timely delivery of assigned tasks, as per projects specification, in order to meet the overall projects target.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Analyzes, designs, constructs, unit test and debugs program codes according to defined specification
• Prepares and generate program documentation
• Supports the lead software engineer in system integration activities
• Assists the users in the accepting testing
• Provides service support to users through assistance on the use and resolution of software issues
• Mentor / coaches developers for the project
• Performs other project-related tasks as may be required by the PM for the project
• Takes on other tasks as the company may reasonably request from time to time

Competencies & Qualifications:

• Qualification and Experience
• 4 years degree course preferably computer-related
• At least 2 yrs. related work experience
• Skills in programming, program debugging and maintenance
• Good written & verbal communication
• MCP/MGSD is an advantage

• Skills
• ASP.Net,VB.Net,MS SQL, C#, VB6, Classic ASP,XSL/XML, VB SRIPT

• Human Characteristics
• Team Player
• Good analytical Thinking
• Good interpersonal and Customer relations skills

• Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
