SERVICE DESK AGENTS / HELP DESK AGENTS

Requirements:

• Graduates of BSIT, BSCOE, BSCS, BSECE or any related discipline.
• Strong oral-written English communication skills including active listening.
• Must be a Filipino citizen or hold a relevant residence status.
• Preferably has 6 months experience assigned in Technical & Helpdesk Support role in a call center.
• Knowledgeable in IT inclination, computer applications, internet and troubleshooting.
• Must have good judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules / graveyard shift.
