Experience:

•    Design and execute test plans
•    Develop test cases and define test procedures
•    Develop and maintain test programs or test scripts
•    Document test results
•    Perform analysis of test results and assist software developers in resolution of problems
•    Work and configure a defect-tracking tool
•    Manipulate databases or other files in support of test data creation and maintenance
•    Design a test infrastructure
•    Research and evaluate test tools and strategies
•    Comply with standard test guidelines and practices
•    Identify testing issues and track them to closure
•    Alert software developers to major quality issues
•    Recommend improvements on testing practices or software engineering practices

Technologies:

•    Experience in MS Office required
•    Experience in Unix, Linux, SQL, Javascript is a plus
•    Experience in OOP concepts (C++, Java, C#, .NET) is a plus
•    Experience with Automated Testing is a plus
•    Experience in embedded systems is a plus

General Requirements:

•    BS in Computer Science or related field required
•    Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral)
•    Must be willing and able to work off hours in support of a US parent company and set of customers
•    Understanding of all phases of the software development life cycle
•    Must be willing and able to travel to the US when required (B1 Visa Sponsorship) for training
•    Must be self-motivated and able to work in a start-up environment
•    Investigate methods for integrating new or developing technologies
•    Practical project management skills (task definition, time management, status reporting)
•    Prior experience in working with a US-based company and/or consulting is a plus
•    Comfortable with 2 years employment bond
