Sourcing Associate (Project Based Employment) - Cebu City
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Full-Time position is available.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
• General knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to organize and maintain confidential files.
• Knowledge of general office practice and business etiquette.
• Assess and Review applications from various channels and conduct preliminary assessments through application screening and phone interviews.
• Attend and assist in job fairs and other events and facilitate on-site screening and initial interviews from time to time.
• Prepare and complete reports and maintain applicant information in a database.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
