Alta SE Asia Philippines Corporation is a 100% whole owned subsidiary of Alta Resources with the primary purpose of engaging in and carry on the business of operating customer contact centers providing outsourced customer support services, including customer acquisition, customer care, and technical support through phone, web, e-mail, or fax; and providing technical support, software development, and information technology professional services for both outsourced and in-house contact centers focused on delivering productivity improvements and cost efficiencies.

Alta SE Asia Philippines Corporation is now accepting applicants for their growing customer contact center. The Spanish Speaking Customer Care Reps. are needed for a start date between June 2nd and 16th, 2008.

Spanish Speaking Customer Care Representatives

Position Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to mail and e-mail from customers in Mexico and Argentina for household and personal care products
• Provide outstanding customer service

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors college degree; will consider candidates without degree if exceptional fluency in English and Spanish
• One to two years customer service experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Good listening skills
• Proficient with various software applications including MicroSoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and internet navigation
• Able to work between the hours of 7pm and 5am
• With at least 1 year experience in call center industry
