SQL Server Database Administrator

Responsibilities:

•    Maintains responsibility for uptime and availability for all Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and 2005.
•    Performs all back-up and database maintenance tasks, as well as optimization and tuning.
•    Supports deployment and maintenance on all tiers (development, testing, and production) of MS SQL Server hardware and storage.
•    Provides support for developers with review of TSQL code and deployment of developer-produced database objects.
•    Designs, develops and implements reports using data from MS SQL Server as well as other accessible servers to support both internal and externally-facing clients.

Required:

•    Windows Clustering( SQL Clustering), SQL Reporting, and SAN familiarity

Desired:

•    Active Directory, ASP/.Net support, Scripting, NetBackup, MS Project and MS Visio

Requirements:

•    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
•    Required language: English
•    At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
•    Preferably 1-4 years experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer-Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Job role in Database Administrator or System Administrator
•    5 Full Time positions available
•    Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
