Specific Requirements:

•    Gather and process data and information relevant to system and software requirements
•    Understand business processes and model them
•    Define system and software requirements
•    Validate requirements and obtain approval from stakeholders
•    Manage changes in requirements
•    Document requirements
•    Participate in tracing software components to the requirements
•    Manage and control versions of requirements specifications and other related artifacts
•    Participate in estimating effort required for analysis and implementation
•    Participate in quality activities such as use case reviews and system testing
•    Comply with standard software engineering practices and recommend improvements

Technologies:

•    Experience in MS Office/OpenOffice is required
•    Experience in UML is highly desired
•    Experience in relational databases is highly desired
•    Experience in CVS is a plus
•    Experience in reporting tools is a plus
•    Experience in OOP concepts (C++, Java)

General Requirements:

•    College or university degree
•    Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral)
•    Above average interpersonal skills
•    Willing and able to work off hours in support of a US parent company and set of customers
•    Willing and able to travel when there is a need
•    Must be self-motivated and able to work in a start-up environment
•    Proficient in task definition, time management and status reporting
•    Comfortable with 2 years Employment Bond
