ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINER

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery and evaluation of Onboarding and Foundation Skills and Management Training for the program to be assigned
  • Performs Training Needs Analysis as required
  • Develops training-related tools and materials to support leadership development
  • Provide the necessary data on course completion, scorecards, pre-assessments and post-training evaluation
  • Work with the Manager for Instructional Design for the customization of leadership training courses, assessments, and evaluations design methodologies

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or other management-related fields is preferred
  • Can clearly communicate with various functional groups and clients in conversational and business English both oral and written
  • Experience in training delivery of behavioral training programs
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills including Microsoft Office application software
  • Previous management training experience required
  • Knowledge and exposure to basic management theories and practices preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and consolidates standard reports and presentations
  • Organizes departmental files and documents
  • Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings, and events
  • Schedules and prepares logistics in conference calls, business functions, management meetings, and client visits
  • Prepares meeting minutes and action items
  • Assists in organizing the details of special events and departmental activities
  • Manages expenses and creates monthly expense reports reflecting supporting documents and budget code indexes
  • Creates and manages cash and reimbursement requisitions, purchase and other delivery requests as needed
  • Manages the office supplies and maintains equipment tracking record

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree Course (4-year/5-year course)
  • Must have at least 1 year equivalent experience in the same position
  • Must be presentable and have a pleasing personality
  • Good English Communication Skills
  • Must be proficient with various software applications programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules
  • Preferably has call center working experience
  • Preferably Female, 20 – 30 years old

Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling financial, credit, and collections is preferred but not required.
  • Applicants must have strong PC, keyboard and Internet skills, with the ability to simultaneously navigate through systems.
  • Must be amenable to work on shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering insight on how to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for participating in focus group discussions, meetings, ongoing training and other activities related to improving overall customer satisfaction.
