RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST – Agent Hiring

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in initial and behavioral interviews, conducting assessment tools, evaluating, and hiring agents based on the profile determined by the client
  • Responsible in documenting all interviews and that all necessary documents are complete and accurate prior to endorsement and filing
  • Responsible in encoding necessary information into the Recruitment Management System in an accurate and timely manner
  • Responsible in presenting 24/7 Inc. in various external recruitment activities
  • Responsible in the preparation of employment contracts, ensuring accuracy in providing hiring rates, start dates and program allocation
  • Responsible in conducting job offers
  • Responsible in supporting the entire team in meeting the hiring targets
  • Responsible in attending calibration sessions with Training and Operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree. Graduate degree preferred
  • Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related fields is preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in recruitment or related experience in human resources
  • 1 year call center/customer service operations preferred
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • Must be proficient with various software applications programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Social media savvy
  • Proficient planning, time management, and decision making skills

TECHNICAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES – NIGHT SHIFT

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any IT-related course (associate / vocational / diploma / bachelor’s degree) with or without call center experience
  • For undergraduates, completed at least 2 years of college with at least 3 months TSR experience in a call center.
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong PC, keyboard and Internet skills, with the ability to simultaneously navigate through systems
  • Has an understanding / navigational skills of the Internet functionalities and terminologies such as browsers, email, chat, forum, message board, domain, web page, internet service providers, online service providers, etc.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MARKETING – FIXED DAY SHIFT

Qualifications:

  • Graduates of any 2 – 4 year course with at least 6 months of inbound CSR/TSR with upselling experience
  • For undergraduates, completed 2nd year college with at least 6 months of inbound CSR/TSR with upselling experience
  • College graduates or undergraduates with outbound or inbound sales experience regardless of tenure
  • Ability to quickly absorb new information and must be adaptable to change.
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly developed problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to sell, cross sell, and up-sell company products to meet the customers’ needs

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering customer satisfaction and problem resolution to the client’s customers for a particular account or program.
  • Responsible for adhering to client call handling protocol and procedures
  • Responsible for interfacing with customers through the phone in a courteous, empathetic and professional manner.
  • Responsible for resolving customer needs, concerns and problems.
  • Responsible for educating the customer on detailed product information
  • Responsible for managing the performance of a group of call center representatives providing coaching and feedback, documenting results, counseling and mentoring, and delegation of work whenever necessary
  • Responsible for customer case documentation
  • Responsible for proper call escalation, call transfer and redirection of customer concerns.
  • Responsible for delivering voice of the customer feedback to the client to improve overall service
  • Responsible for delivering insight on how to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for participating in focus group discussions, meetings, ongoing training and other activities related to improving overall customer satisfaction.
  • Fixed Operational Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm shift
  • Fixed Rest Day: Sunday

ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINER

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery and evaluation of Onboarding and Foundation Skills and Management Training for the program to be assigned
  • Performs Training Needs Analysis as required
  • Develops training-related tools and materials to support leadership development
  • Provide the necessary data on course completion, scorecards, pre-assessments and post-training evaluation
  • Work with the Manager for Instructional Design for the customization of leadership training courses, assessments, and evaluations design methodologies

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or other management-related fields is preferred
  • Can clearly communicate with various functional groups and clients in conversational and business English both oral and written
  • Experience in training delivery of behavioral training programs
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills including Microsoft Office application software
  • Previous management training experience required
  • Knowledge and exposure to basic management theories and practices preferred
