CONSUMER RETAIL REPRESENTATIVES – WAVE 1

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any course (associate / vocational / diploma / bachelor’s degree) with or without call center experience
  • For undergraduates, completed at least 2 years of college with at least 6 months cumulative call center experience handling international account
  • Has excellent customer service, problem solving, analytical, decision-making, communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in up selling and cross selling is an advantage
  • Network and social media savvy with knowledge about online shopping
  • Has strong keyboard skills and has and the ability multi-task and toggle between multiple sites, windows and systems
  • Has a good command of the English language
  • Has interest in US Culture and lifestyle
  • Passion and flair for fashion is an advantage
  • Responsibilities:
  • Effectively answer and resolve customer issues which include, identifying the customer’s needs, suggestion selling, closing the sale, and follow up.
  • Describe a product’s features, demonstrating its use, or showing various models and colors of the company’s merchandise.
  • Provide customer service for delivery and merchandise order inquiries.
  • Take customer orders with the highest degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle customers through multi-channels (ie. Voice / Chat)
  • Cover a broad spectrum of duties and responsibilities depending upon the specific products, services and merchandise offered.

WORKFORCE REPORTS ANALYST

Responsibilities:

  • Lead in the preparation and consolidation of all management reports.
  • Track, analyze and report on customer profitability, product-line profitability, productivity metrics, weekly forecasts, monthly financial reports, board financial analysis, annual budgets and pricing customer proposals.
  • Collate & issue interdepartmental reports on a timely manner to appropriate channels and recipients.
  • Communicates to supervisors, managers, trends based on statistical reports.
  • Interface and collaborate with operational counterparts and partners (reports analysts, operations managers & directors) in benchmarking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information System, or other related fields is preferred
  • Preferably with at least 6 months experience in working with customers of varied technical knowledge and business needs
  • Preferably with at least 2 years (school or hands-on) experience with Microsoft Access and Visual Basic
  • Must have advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Basic Technical Knowledge
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Great customer service skills
  • Be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
