Transition / Mobilization Specialist

Transition & Mobilization Specialist oversees transition and mobilization of all functions and services coming in and out of the organization. He/She ensures all processes being transitioned are fully documented including SLAs, KPIs, and OLAs, and coordinates with other BIS teams for other transition requirements.

Responsibilities/Authorities:

  • The ABS Transition & Mobilization Specialist’s responsibilities are the following:
  • Assist the ABS Cross Operations Lead in pro-actively promoting the Center to transition more works and services to the organization.
  • He/She will also ensure smooth transition out of any function or services as mandated by GSCO Global leadership.
  • Act as the subject matter expert of the organization on transition and mobilization related matters, and represent the organization in all transition and mobilization related meetings, initiatives and projects.
  • All other tasks particularly infrastructure related ones that the ABS leadership may assign.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must be graduate of any 4 year course.
  • Must have at least 3 years experience in project management, design and implementation.
  • Must have at least 3 years supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Tax and Statutory Analyst

Tax and Statutory Analyst

Responsible in the preparation and submission of various tax reports to the BIR such as Expanded Withholding Tax Returns, Value-added Tax Returns, Income tax Returns, Alphalists and annual list of regular suppliers etc.
Prepare the required schedules and coordinate with external Tax Advisors during BIR audit investigations
Responsible in providing tax updates to the different groups of Accenture and lead various initiatives to ensure compliance of the company to the relevant tax laws  
Review taxability of new vendors
Process the BIR Certificate of Registration for all Accenture locations
Assist in the Phil-tax audit
Assist in renewing the permits with appropriate local government units

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be a graduate of any 4yr course.
At least 2 years work experience in tax analysis.
Average communication skills.
